Swing Fit brings the best music from the 30s 40s and 50s and the best moves for a great fitness class. Everyone can work out at their own level – suitable for all.

Pound Fit brings you right up to date with all the great rock classics that everyone knows. Easy to follow moves, not dance based , but rhythm based. Come along and make some noise. Everyone can work out at their own level – suitable for all.

Move it or Lose it. A new style class based on Flexibility – Aerobics – Balance – Strength (FABS). All the elements of fitness for life, so look out for bender balls, toning bands, hand weights and lots of fun. Aimed at people 60+
Chair workout available in this class.

Zumba Gold Returns
All Saints Centre. High St KH
Friday 10-11am, stay for a drink and chat afterwards.

Stretch and Tone Returns
Starts Tuesday 5th September.
Bands at the ready (new venue) Kings Heath Cricket Club.
Same Day – Tuesday 12- 1pm
During August and from September the Body Composition Scales will be offered to give you a full insight to help you set a realistic goal.

16 weeks is ample time to make a real difference to your health and fitness before we hit the Christmas holiday festivities. What will you aim for?
Who comes to classes and why?
Members come for a variety of reasons, see below, which one do you identify with?

Members who are sociable and enjoy sharing news, recipes and a drink together.
Members who are at their goal weight and want to stay there.
Cashiers, long standing full Members but have a clear role in helping me run the front end of class.
**A new role for an experienced class member to support new members on their first couple of visits in each class is being developed. Are you interested in being that person?**
Whatever your reason for joining I hope you will benefit from coming along and really get involved in what the club has to offer, such as Macmillan Coffee morning Sept, Spa/Fitness weekend in the Autumn, Monthly Nordic Walk ( new in the autumn) November disco party, December Christmas lunch, Charity walks and anything else we can sensibly fit in.

Monday: 6.45pm Weight Loss 7.30pm – 8.15pm exercise KHCC
Tuesday: 9.30am Weight Loss 10.15am – 11am exercise KHCC
Tuesday 11am – 12pm Stretch and Tone KHCC
Thursday: 9.30am Weight Loss 10.15am – 11am exercise KHCC
NB: Monday pm and Tuesday am will have Pound Fit and Swing Fit as part of their exercise structure, either on a fixed or rolling programme depending on feedback from the taster sessions. Thursday am will focus on FABS – Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength.

Classes will be open 46 weeks of the year. I will be closed, 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Easter, 2 weeks during the summer and 1 week at October half term

NB: I understand that you can not get to every class so these prices are based on you attending 40 weeks of the year but the cost is spread over 12 months to make administration easier.
